Cleaning services at the CCMA East London offices for a period of five (5) months which started from 1st of April 2021 up to 31st of August 2021.
The CCMA East London office is situated at 31 Church Street, East London, 5207. The total office space is 1124 m2 which includes, both carpeted area and tiled area.
Scope Of Work
We performed cleaning service by vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, damp mopping, wiping, dusting and carpet wash to the closed and open offices, hearing rooms, kitchens, waiting areas, bathrooms, storerooms, foyer/passage and lift lobby.
The bathrooms, waiting areas and kitchens were cleaned three (3) times a day The carpets be washed during weekend on quarterly basis.
The cleaning services were rendered during working hours from Monday to Friday, time: 06h30 to 15h30.
We provided four (4) cleaners; responsible for the ground floor and the first floor (cleaners took the responsibility of cleaning the basement at least once a week)
