Cleaning services at the CCMA Porth Elizabeth offices for a period of twenty-four (24), months started from 1st of April 2O21 up to 31st of March 2023.
The CCMA Porth Elizabeth office is situated at 97 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Porth Elizabeth, 6001. The total office space is 1215 m2 which includes, carpeted area and tiled area.
Scope Of Work
We performed cleaning service by vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, damp mopping, wiping, dusting and carpet wash to the closed and open offices, hearing rooms, kitchens, waiting areas, bathrooms, storerooms, foyer/passage and lift lobby.
The bathrooms, waiting areas and kitchens were cleaned three (3) times a day The carpets be washed during weekend on quarterly basis.
The cleaning services were rendered during working hours from Monday to Friday, time: 06h30 to 15h30.
We are providing six (6) cleaners; responsible for the ground floor and the first floor (cleaners take the responsibility of cleaning the basement at least once a week).
